Professional Experience

1976 - Present Freckles Associates, Brookline, MA
Developed the Freckles multiracial model of the Language of Confrontation or Conciliation, based on the philosophy to include rather than exclude. Tailor the model to meet varied institutional needs. Write and produce print and video materials on cost-effective civil rights conflict management, race relations and multiculturalism.
1994 - 1998 Mt. Ida College, Newton, MA
Used the Freckles multiracial model of the Language of Confrontation or Conciliation to work with the Board of Trustees, administration, faculty, staff, students and parents. The goal was to develop an organic multiracial educational model and to assist the college to institutionalize its constitutional and statutory civil rights obligations.
